The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                 
at the request of Representative Williams, Co-chair:                                                
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 233                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the base student allocation used in the formula                            
     for state funding of public education; and providing for an                                    
     effective date."
